Shipping & Returns

 


Please note that we take care of returns and will always work towards offering you the best service possible.

Shipping
We use our own couriers for shipping, unless you are outside of our suburbs list.

Local orders please allow 3 days for delivery, and other metro areas 5 days and outside that will be 7 days. Our team works very hard to deliver your order out straight away.. Our clients find 90% of orders are received within 24-48 hours

Important. Please make sure that if you would like us to leave your shipment at your home address when you are not there that you provide additional information and give us permission to leave it where stated. If you do not leave instructions to the driver a note with contact details will be left. Should you not respond to this, the driver will return the goods to our office, and you will be charged a delivery and restocking fee.

Fixed Rates
Consider how much anything costs to deliver and what most people charge, we deliver your order no matter how big or small or how bulky it is.

Commercial clients only
We accept cheques, credit cards and EFTs, Credit cards through the internet or fax. Cheques and EFT through the fax or via e-mail. Please use your business letter head if possible.

Phone Orders
These prices are internet prices and may differ from phone orders, as each has a different manager.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 4 days of delivery for a full refund**. We`ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item or items, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We`ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we`ve received and processed the returned item(s).

**If you are returning an item or items due to a fault on your side a charge of $50.00/item will be levied. This includes admin and shipping costs.
